Wells dictating a text the dictation picks up television conversations and print them. I have no control on it. Any ideas how to stop it?

Mute the television while dictating.
Yes, I have tried muting and yes that works but it’s a pain. This didn’t always happen. It’s within the last six months that it started and I’ve heard other people complain about it. Also, any other ideas?
When attempting to dictate a message, my iPhone picks of television conversations. How do I stop this?
