I'm trying to use Mail Rules to process my mails, but newly created rules disappear after closing and reopening the Mail application. I do not sync to iCloud, and I am not sure how to fix this. Older rules that I created a while ago still appear there, and they stay there when closing and reopening. Using Sonoma 14.4.1. Thanks for any help!
For reference: I solved it by going into /Users/<username>/Library/Mail/V10/MailData and deleting the two files called `SyncedRules.plist` and `UnsyncedRules.plist` - then my new rules actually became persistent to closing-and-opening the app. It was the Sonoma upgrade that did it, I think!
