I keep moving my vaccination card to the bottom of the Apple Wallet list, but it keeps moving itself back up to the top. Anyone else see this? Better yet, can it be fixed? Thanks.

Mine doesn’t do that. It’s been at the bottom of my list since I loaded it several years ago. I’ve not seen this behavior posted about here in the community either. The only thing I can think of is, some cards are date sensitive and can move by themselves because of the data, sort of a chronological sorting order. I’d suggest contacting Apple Support and asking for an explanation.
