In iPad storage , there are off loaded apps that aren't really off loaded .
I didn't off load them , they function as usual and on the Home screen they don't have the cloud & arrow icon . I delete them in iPad storage but they re-appear later . Often it's the same apps : mail , forum and bookmarks on my Home Screen .
