Where or how can I add cash to my minor child’s Apple Cash or Apple Pay in wallet on his iPhone?
He is in family and part of family sharing and I am the “organizer on the account.

If you’re the organizer, you can add funds to their Apple Cash account. The Apple Support article I linked below explains the process.
