Powerbeats shutting down with full battery

I have Powerbeats Pro true wireless for about 2 years. Right earplug started shuting down on full battery just after couple of seconds usage. After I put it back to case, it shows almost full battery, and it plays for another 5-10 minutes and again dies on full. And so on …

I can not find any solutions here.
