I can’t get a refund from my MLS Season Pass

Hi, I have an subscription for MLS Season Pass For a month free trail and I forget when the time is to expire and when it expired they have taken from me money and when I tried to refund it or cancel it I can’t they said to me it’s not eligible to refund it I gave them my reason and I called the support and they have said to me that you must call the MLS support and apple can’t do anything so what should I do is this position

This is as expected, and made clear in advance. Most subscriptions auto-renew if not canceled 24 hours before the next billing date. Immediately after signing up, you would have received a subscription confirmation email with the details and dates, as well as what happens after the free trial. It is up to the user to cancel no-longer-wanted subscriptions in time.

The Apple staff can make decisions on refunds when subscribed through Apple. Their decision is final.
