As you have already sought professional help - without success - it is very unlikely that contributors will be able to offer solutions beyond anything already attempted.
Nonetheless, begin by connecting your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge. While connected to the Power Adapter, try a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
If the problem persists after performing the restart, the next step is to reset the iPad to factory settings:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Otherwise, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively and perhaps easier, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-support/id1130498044
You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and you can explore your available options:

Since iPad stuck on apple symbol, we purchased new iPad yesterday and transferred from cell phone to new iPad, but all our info is still on old stuck iPad and we don’t know what to do if anyone can retrieve all our info from it when we dispose it Old iPad is just Wi-Fi no phone Is there anything we can do to remove all our data. Also we can we get rid of the iPad safely
Thank you for all your help and patience
Unless you can restart the iPad to a running state, you'll not be able to access any data - and neither can anyone else.
iOS/iPadOS is architecturally designed to protect the owners data. All locally stored data is encrypted; by design, the only copy of the encryption keys necessary to access local data are held within the Secure Enclave - the device security chip. The device Passcode unlocks the Secure Enclave, which in turn releases the encryption keys to the Operating System while the device remains unlocked.
In the unlikely event that the iPad can ever reach a running state, assuming that the device Passcode is known only to you, nobody will be able to access any data. There are only a limited number of attempts to enter the correct Passcode before the iPad will automatically erase the Secure Enclave - rendering all locally stored data permanently beyond reach.
If you return the iPad to Apple for recycling, you can be assured that the device will be properly decommissioned/destroyed - and with it all data rendered unrecoverable.
Chip? Perhaps you refer to the physical SIM Card used with a WiFi+Cellular iPad.
The iPad's battery is built-in - and cannot be removed.
SIM
The physical SIM tray can be awkward to eject. Using the SIM Tool supplied with your iPad, or a partially unfolded paperclip, place the tip in the tiny hole of the SIM tray. Do not insert the tool into any other aperture as you will cause damage.
Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPad - Apple Support
While keeping your fingers clear of the SIM tray, apply inward pressure to just the SIM Tool; you may have to press quite hard. The SIM tray, with the SIM Card, should pop-out.
If you are unable to remove the SIM tray from your iPad, you would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assist:
