Stuck on Apple logo after resetting iPad 10th

someone can help me, after Reset my Ipad, only Apple logo appears and is stuck like that...I don't no what to do now. Please

Follow the steps provided here. You may need to use a computer to restore the software.

No Problem. The computer restore will do the trick, it is just not always the most convenient option as not everyone has a computer to restore their device. For those that do not have one, you can use a friends computer or take it to the Apple Store and it can be done there.
