Can a mechant charge my card if I only authorized 1 payments through Apple Pay?

Apple Pay tells me it’s the same website. I did a one time order two weeks ago and paid $20 through Apple Pay. Service received, transaction done. Now on Thursday and Saturday at 1am the same website charged me $9 and then $19. Approved and sent notification through Apple Pay. I did none of this. I haven’t used my physical card, it’s the same merchant both times and overseas. I’m not sure what to say. Unless they can hide multiple transactions with different dates off of one authorization. It wasn’t a subscription

So, the second website was used with your credentials which were obtained when the card was previously swiped or you inserted the chip. This could have happened weeks or months before you did the Apple Pay transaction. The data could have been obtained from a gas pump, merchant transaction terminal or even your banks ATM machine.

The data was sold on the Dark Web and used on a website overseas. This type of scam is repeated thousands of times everyday.
