"Xerox 3020" is not unique.

If you happen to have a Xerox Phaser 3020BI printer, it is AIrPrint compatible.

It’s your MacBook Air with intel chip or M something chip? Most of printer are not compatible with Mac with M1,2,3 there is not software developed for those mac yet , most of the printers works with Mac with intel chip
