Apple Watch 9: Double Tap is not showing as an option under ‘Gestures’

Well, for me it showed when I bought the watch last year, I had it turned on and working - and when I looked today, it had disappeared!!!

Actually, no. Checked further - I had used Accessibility function for double-tap gesture. And that’s still there, even works - occasionally 🤷🏻‍♀️😉
