I do not see the flashlight icon when I swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
However, when I go to Control Center, Flashlight is there, but I can't figure out how to make it show on the screen above

Troubleshooting Missing Builtin Apps:
A. Reset the Home Screen Layout:
If a widget or app has gone mossing somehow, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout...
Go Here: Move and organize apps on iPhone - Apple Support
You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there.
Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout
B. Try This - Disable then Enable Cameara:
C. Restart iPhone:

Getting a Lock Screen to Show as Set:
Tap "System Services":
So, what happens when you tap System Services? Does it then show up?

According to your screenshot, you haven't unlocked your iPhone. What happens when you open control center after unlocking your phone?
Thanks for the reply, but I see the exact same things wether the phone is locked or unlocked.
How do I get any of the INCLUDED CONTROLS added to that list?
