earbuds jack broken. ipad fell on floor

my ear buds were plugged in, and my ipad fell on the fround, and it's like the jack went through the plug... can't plug in earbuds no more. tried to plug it in and when i pushed a little too much, the ipad shutted itself off, and now screen won't turn on.... Stays completely dark...

Your iPad will require repair.


You can have your iPad assessed and arrange for repair at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP):

Alternatively, you might choose to use Apple's mail-in repair service. You can verify eligibility and cost of repair here:
