Logging without ph#!. I changed # before stored it in my account, impossible to login, know my apple ID, known my old and new numbers but the system keeps sending codes to my old number and without it can’t get emails. Anyone?

The verification codes are normally sent to trusted devices (devices online and signed-in to your AppleID) … NOT to any particular phone number.
Trusted phone numbers are a backup means to receive codes; requiring some extra steps on your part.
Any Trusted Device can generate a valid code anytime, even when offline.
