Nobody here can do that. You will have to update it yourself, which might require using a Mac or PC for the update, or maybe requires making an appointment and bringing it into an Apple Store to update.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings. If you encounter a specific issue, describe it in this thread.

The iPhone 6s can run the latest release of iOS 15.

If, by chance, you have misidentified your phone, and it is an iPhone 6 (no 's'), it will not be able to upgrade past the latest release of iOS 12.
