Acorn TV App Not Showing I Up Next

I recently resubscribed to Acorn TV but shows are not showing up in Up Next. I’ve redownloaded the App, started shows from both the Apple TV and Acorn TV interface. Interestingly, the App does not show in the Settings TV section like other Apps.

Probably an Acorn TV thing.

Connecting Apple TV app to other streaming apps Since the last update I can no longer connect the Apple TV app (‘Continue Watching’ area) to other streaming apps such as Disney, Binge or SBS. If I click on a show I’m offered to e.g. ‘Connect Binge to the Apple TV app’ but when I click ‘Connect’ it just gives the daisy wheel of death and nothing happens. Any thoughts?

Apple TV - purchased TV shows not showing up in “Up Next” I noticed after updating my Apple TV devices, my iPad and iPhone to the latest OS release 2 days ago, that shows I’ve purchased from Apple are no longer showing up in the “Up Next” area of the Apple TV app. If I search for these shows and manually add them to Up Next, I’m not presented with the option to watch the purchased versions - just the versions that are available through streaming channels. I’ve confirmed this behavior with the TV app across all my Apple devices so I’m thinking that the 16.6 update broke something.

Paramount Subscription not recognized / Shows don't appear in Up Next on Apple TV All, there is a closed thread on this, but wanted to let you know I found the fix. On your Apple TV go to: Settings => Apps and under APP SETTINGS press TV Scroll down to "CONNECT TO TV" section and keep scrolling to see a list of apps. In this section there are two apps for Paramount: "Paramount Network" "Paramount+" Press to turn On "Paramount+". Now my Paramount favorites show up in the Up Next shelf on the Apple TV.

I’m not gonna be able to help you, I just wanna chime in and say that acorn is a pretty garbage app
