How can I change my AppleOne trial back to AppleTV on iPad?

I bought new iPad, and got free trial for some apps, I only choose for appleTV for 3 months free trial. But after I accept it, all sudden it become appleOne which only free for a month, how can I change it back to only appleTV for 3 months?

Those are two different offers. If you redeemed the Apple TV+ offer, then you should probably ignore the Apple One offer. It sounds like you may have accepted the unintended offer, or both.

Please contact the Apple Support staff to help sort this out, before you try something that cannot be undone, and potentially lose both offers.
