Why is my phone not updating
Everytime I try to update my phone it say it can’t update it

Getting an iPhone Update:
A. Disable a VPN:
Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it.
B. Low Connection:
The update comes form Apple's server. So, there is an issue coming from it, this time using a computer: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip
IMPORTANT:
Back Up First: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update
