can't change the region although no subscription

Hello everybody,

I moved from Germany to Australia and wanted to change my region to Australia. The first time it said that I need to cancel my Apple Music subscription to be able to change it, which I did. I then tried again, but it said the same thing, that I need to cancel my subscription, but I already cancelled it.

I have restarted my iPhone already and dont really know how to proceed on this, would appreciate any help.

PS: I tried to change my region through "Media and Purchases"

If you want to change your region there are a few requirements that you'll need to fulfill:

Spend any balance remaining on your Apple ID. If you're not sure whether you have a balance, check your Apple Account balance.
Cancel any subscriptions that block a country or region change, and wait until the end of the subscription period.
Wait for any memberships, pre-orders, movie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process. You can cancel a pre-order.
Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region. See what payment methods you can use.
Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region.
After you update your Apple ID billing address and payment method, you can upgrade your iCloud+ plan using the pricing in your new country or region.

If you have fulfilled all of these requirements and still can't change your region please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue

Thx for your response, I had a chat about this with the apple support and they told me that I need to wait until the subscription completely ends, even if I had canceled it.
