can't change the region although no subscription

Hello everybody,


I moved from Germany to Australia and wanted to change my region to Australia. The first time it said that I need to cancel my Apple Music subscription to be able to change it, which I did. I then tried again, but it said the same thing, that I need to cancel my subscription, but I already cancelled it.


I have restarted my iPhone already and dont really know how to proceed on this, would appreciate any help.


PS: I tried to change my region through "Media and Purchases"

If you want to change your region there are a few requirements that you'll need to fulfill:



If you have fulfilled all of these requirements and still can't change your region please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue
