How to fix frozen app on my Apple Watch?

my apple watch app is stuck on the my watches page cannot leave it back to main screen

In case your watch is frozen, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the watch display goes dark and the Apple logo comes back again:

Which iPhone do you use? Make sure that your iPhone and the Appel Watch are connected to Wi-Fi, your iPhone seems not to be connected to Wi-Fi.

I have tried to reset it already - it’s still stuck ! There isn’t a back button or anything

It isn’t frozen on my Apple Watch… the app on my phone is frozen I cannot get off this page back to the main app…
