Apple Watch gets stuck after opening 3 apps
My App watch’s app stops after the third app .Don’t know how to it past the third app

Can you give us more details?
If you are trying to scroll down the list of apps installed on your watch by using the Digital Crown, and you can't scroll down past the third app on the list, did you try to force restart the watch?
To do that, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Can you use the Grid View instead of the List View?
