How do you turn off “You met your sleep goal” notifications?

They’re driving me CRAZY because I am busy in the morning and don’t want that buzzing my wrist/cluttering up my notifs/etc.

I do NOT want to

-stop sleep tracking

-change my sleep goals

-turn off sleep schedule

-change anything else

I ONLY want my phone and watch to STOP creating “You’ve met your sleep goal” and “you’ve met your sleep goal x times this week” notifications.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

See the pic below which is self-explanatory: Dsiable this and "Health will NOT notify you when you meet or exceed your sleep goal. This requires sleep data from Apple Watch or other sleep tracking apps and hardware."
