Apple Watch SE is scrolling by itself

The digital crown stopped working at all and now the watch keeps scrolling out of control and sometimes selecting apps or functions without me tapping on them. It also keeps vibrating and triggering the focus mode unlock.

I have tried cleaning it thoroughly, resetting it, unpairing it. Nothing seems to work. I don't want to have to buy a new one.
