my apple watch S9, keeps scrolling by itself, need help

My Apple Watch series 9 is scrolling by itself. I tried cleaning, force restart, does’t work. Can anyone help

If erasing the watch and setting it up as a new device does not help, the issue is hardware related and you will have to get the watch serviced by Apple.
