Apple watch se 2nd gen scrolls by itself

As soon as I raise my watch to look at the time it starts scrolling by itself. If I go into any options it scrolls by itself. Hope do I stop this?

Apple Watch complications blanking out when screen dims On some of the watch faces, Apple Watch blanks/whites out complications when the screen dims. It often doesn't come back when I turn the watch face upward so I have to turn my wrist a couple times to get it to show up. Or sometimes there's a very long delay. The attached photo shows an example of how the calendar at the top just displays "CALEN..." instead of the date, and the step counter numbers at the bottom is whited out. Is there a setting to fix this? It's super annoying.

Apple Watch SE is scrolling by itself The digital crown stopped working at all and now the watch keeps scrolling out of control and sometimes selecting apps or functions without me tapping on them. It also keeps vibrating and triggering the focus mode unlock. I have tried cleaning it thoroughly, resetting it, unpairing it. Nothing seems to work. I don't want to have to buy a new one.

if it was me then I would force restart it

if it still did it then I would assume it to be down to some hardware issue

and would have an official apple repair place look at it
