How do request an emoji?

Apple doesn't create emoji. The Unicode Consortium does. But the two finger peace sign emoji already exists on your iPhone. Type the word peace in a text message and the emoji will be shown as an option.

Actually, the hand symbol for peace has been the emoji you used for a long time.

During the Vietnam War, in the 1960s, the "V sign" with palm outward was widely adopted by the counterculture as a symbol of peace and still today in the United States and worldwide as the "peace sign".
