Hello apple support just marked my refund request as not eligible. I would like to ask some reconsider about it cause I literally did not intended to renew a subscription about the application cause I really dont need it. I forgot it last a few days to cancel the free trial and Services automatically deducted it from my wallet when it loaded.

Sales are generally final. Any refunds are given on a case-by-case basis as an exception.
You can try calling Apple to ask about it if you want:

That is the only way to do it. Just shows that you take the responsibility of the free trial seriously, that is not always the case.

I take responsibility for the fact I'm absent-minded and have spent hundreds of dollars in unintended subscription charges over the years. A painful lesson very long in the learning.

I took the hot stove method, touch it once and don't do it again. I also tell people not to touch hot stoves.
Is there a way to get a refund request to be reconsidered after it was declined?
