Am no expert in this area, yet your request surely deserves some response.

About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 17.4.1 is the latest update ...

Also says: This update provides important bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users.

Things you may want to try:

✽ Check: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices controls.

✽ Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, and turn bluetooth back on.

✽ Restart iPhone to re-establish the connection. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Solution to Bluetooth not connecting after IOS 17 update.

turn off wifi

turn off cellular

turn off bluetooth

turn on Bluetooth only

connect to Bluetooth device

turn on wifi

turn on cellular

You may want to consult your hearing professional for advice.

Eg: There may be a firmware update for your device.

Cochlear's website has info. about connectivity:

They also have a large "Contact Us" link on that page.

Cochlear also mentions an Osia app there.

As you are using a Cochlear app on your iPhone, your app may or may not be up-to-date:
