On vacation and using my iPhone 10 on wifi, using mirroring to stream Hulu Live app to smart tv
Will this use my cellular plan data? It’s using a Roku device, just don’t want to end up with a huge bill!

If your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi then its using Wi-Fi, not cellular data from your plan.
You can go into settings and turn off roaming and cellular data or put it on Airplane mode and turn Wi-Fi back on if you want to be extra certain.
