Use your previous iPhone’s backup to restore to the replacement iPhone. You did back up the old iPhone, right?

Assuming that you were using Automatic iCloud Backups …
… when you setup your new phone and sign-in to your AppleID … all of the backed-up app data will be downloaded to your phone.
Then the apps themselves will automatically download from the AppStore and marry-up w/ the data.
It’s actually quite impressive how well it works.
