I have a free three month subscription of Apple TV. Works fine on all devices except Apple TV 4k. On Apple tv app it says start free 7 day trial. I have confirmed all settings and in the subscription part of the device, it shows one month 9.99 as ticked, I cannot get it to change to the correct subscription. Any help please.
