Contact whoever (some IT group?) set this up with AnyTrans, and request their assistance.
I have backup my phone SE2 using Anytrans and I need to restore
the backup it asking for an Encryption password which I had no say in creating
and the Unlock program AnyUnlock is asking to turn off the Find My Phone
While I’m not familiar w/ the exact “backup” and/or “unlock” packages to which you refer, restoring from an encrypted backup generally DOES require knowledge-of and/or access-to the encryption key(s).
If you don’t know it, contact the developer to determine your options.
Perhaps they installed a “back door” you might be able to exploit.
I’d also urge caution w/ ANY person or software asking you to disable your FindMy iPhone. It just “smells fishy.”
Also such a problem.
I want to give my husband my old phone, and I can not get out of the account, I need to disable geo-locator, and it is gray-green and writes that there is protection.
Through icloud.com/find/ tried to delete but there is also protection.
Why do you think that you want to turn it off ?
Doing so has severe negative impacts on security and only “hides” the phone from you.
Did you find a solution?
