What happened to Settings?

The settings on my iPhone 11 opened to completely blank white screen, what happened?

The app probably crashed. Force-quit the Settings app→How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. It would also bee a good idea to restart your iPhone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support then try again.

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
