You Can't. My olde man had this on his home phone back in the day. The phone service do not allow this to be shown. It is a service that you pay your Telephone provider for. So, if this is suspicious, then I'd ignore it. If ever so important, the person would leave a voice mail, letting you know to call them.

If you receive a call and the Caller ID information shows as Unknown or No Caller ID, then you cannot identify that call. This is because the caller has suppressed that information from originating.
