My iPad is heating up frequently.after I use it only for 1-1.5 hour,it becomes very hot .even when I don’t use it it’s still heated up.and it’s hardly reaching normal temperature .(I just use it for study purposes)I don’t use it for other tasks.

It is not unusual for an iPad to become warm when being used - more so when using some types of iPad case. High screen brightness and/or CPU intensive Apps will also create more heat.
The key point is that whilst your iPad may become very warm in normal use, the iPad should not become uncomfortably hot to handle. If your iPad is becoming too hot to hold, you should take your iPad along to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians can examine and test your iPad for faults.
Are you experiencing unexpected heating when using specific Apps - or all Apps? Some Apps are known to cause higher than expected temperatures, such as when using the Notes App with the Scribble feature enabled for the Apple Pencil, for extended periods.
Begin with a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:

Perhaps you have an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP)?
If not - and your iPad has a hardware fault - then you have a problem that contributors here will be unable not to help...
First of all, I use it with (20-30)% brightness.
2)Use only safari (70% of the time) and Drive (20%)other apps (10%)
3)Its often (since 10 days ) charging was on hold due to iPad temperature
