I had many non Apple branded chargers in the past. I just got a new one that was MFI certified and of course it worked on my Apple Watch, but not on my AirPods Pro Gen 2 case. The case would recognize that it’s connected to the charger, but it does not charge. Do only Apple branded MagSafe chargers work for AirPods Pro Gen 2?

According to Apple, as long as the charger is QI-certified, it ought to work.
