If you bought them from anyone but Apple they could still be fake. There is big business in manufacturing fakes with “real” serial numbers.

If you’re asking … you presumably didn’t purchase them from an authorized source … so they in all likelihood are FAKES or possibly STOLEN.

Why then does their “genuineness” matter to you ?
