It could be either Login Issue or Wi-Fi issue.

Could you please try these steps?

  1. Resetting the Mac : Hold down  Command + R keys till the logo appears. Then choose to reinstall macOS.
  2. Running first aid in recovery mode : Restart the mac holding down  Command + R keys until the logo appears and then select Disk Utility > your startup disk > First Aid1.
  3. Resetting SMC and NVRAM/PRAM: This involves shutting down Mac and then turning it on while holding down specific key combinations.
  4. Rebooting in Single User Mode or Recovery Mode: This can help if there are issues with the startup disk.
  5. If nothing else works, you may need to reinstall macOS.
