Scamadvisor loaded itself onto my iPad

I checked a web site with scamadvisor and now scamadvisor is sitting below the address bar. It is in a square to the left of the line that says Apple Community. It is not a Safari extension in my settings and I didn’t download anything from their web site. How do I get rid of it on my iPad?
