How to I get purchased songs back into my library?

I purchased several songs through the iTunes Store. I’ve deleted some of them from my library in the Apple Music app. Now I want to restore those songs to the library, and I can’t figure out how.

The songs I want show up in my purchase history and when I search for them in the iTunes Store, but they don’t show up under “Purchases”, so I can’t redownload them. I’ve tried searching through the settings for the option to sync the missing songs to the library, but I can’t find anything. How can I fix this?
