App Offloading
Does anyone know, when ‘offload unused app’ is on, how long does it take since last opened the app for it to take effect come offload from your device?

There isn't a specific time-period. When App offloading has been enabled, an unused App will only be offloaded if/when internal storage space is insufficient for a task to be completed.
An offloaded App will, in theory, be automatically reinstalled when subsequently opened/accessed.
