Am stuck at the prohibitory circle

After I delete windows from my iMac and shutdown. The next morning I was met with this prohibition circle and it says support.apple.com/mac/startup. I follow the instructions and the disk first aid didn’t work and I tried to reinstall my Mac and it says error 21 or not enough storage. The version is Mac sonoma
