If you scratch the demo phone, do you need to buy it?
I have a question, does Power Mac have a policy that if you scratch their demo phone, you need to buy it?

That is the policy in India for any product. You damage the product and the product is considered as sold to you.

I believe you've already gotten the answer: "this is between you and the store you bought it from." Possibly also the consumer protection authorities in your country, but in most places, the policy is "you break it you bought it."
I went to the Power Mac store and was looking at their phones when unexpectedly I dropped one and it got scratched. They said I needed to buy or pay for it because of the damage, but the scratch was very small. They said I couldn't leave the store until I paid for it, so in the end, I had no choice but to pay. I noticed on the box that it said DEMO - not for resale.
Even though it's just a small scratch.
Power Mac stores are Apple resellers but not a store owned by Apple.
You need to take this up with them, Apple has nothing to do with this.
Then its normal after 3 days of use the battery health is 99%
Hello~ As advised this is between you and the store you bought it from. It is not a new iPhone as you stated it is a Demo iPhone and obviously used.
