I am unable to download apps due to a restriction on my iPhone

I need my social media apps because I have family friends on my social media apps that I need to talk to. And I do not know why I can not take off this restriction mode off of my phone

How can I get the restriction mode off of my iPhone Because I need my social media apps because I have family friends on my social media apps that I need to talk to
