IPhone XS Max Charging Issue

Hello guys, my device is IPhone XS Max but there is one issue, my device is automatically shutdown when I plugged in the charger cable, but when I unplugged the cable the apple logo appears and turn on my device automatically, I currently used 17.4.1 IOS version and 76 percent battery health, I hope someone can solved this thankyou.

The battery should have been replaced when it reached 79%.


Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have a new battery installed. About $90 (U.S.).

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification

Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.
