How can I transfer apps and data from my Android AFTER I set up my iphone? I set up my iPhone and activated my e-sim prior to transferring the data from my android phone. Is there a manual way that I can transfer the data from my android still?

Contact your carrier, they can set up a new eSIM on your iPhone

Check compatibility;
Backup data/transfer data;
Deactivate eSIM on old phone;
Obtain QR code or activation details for transferring eSIM, from mobile service provider (carrier);
Activate eSIM on new phone;
Test and confirm.
