i have an app that i did not subscribe to or buy. i cant download anything because it says i have 1 pending payment.

i need to know how to cancel a subscription

You need to pay the pending amount first to unlock the App/iTunes Stores, then you can request a refund (if applicable).


  1. Change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support
  2. Cancel your subscription from Apple - Apple Support
  3. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
