my wifi and bluetooth are not working on my iPhone 13 mini, how do i fix them

I have a iPhone 13 mini and about 4 days ago my WiFi and Bluetooth stopped working, I’m running iOS 17.4.1. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix this issue I’ve disabled both then turned them back on, I reset my router, reset the network settings on my phone I even reset my whole phone. Nothing is working, please help me!
