I keep getting a notification to "Unlock Apple ID" on my M1 Mac mini on Sonoma v14.4.1

I seem to be signed in and everything seems to be working normally, but the notification keeps coming up. When I click it, my option is to reset my iCloud password. I just did this a few days ago and really don't want to do it again.

Any thoughts as to what's happening here?
